So, I've come to terms that I DO have an anger problem. Bascially, "I have a low tolerance for frustration," and starting today I have been researching articles and different things online to help deal with it, and change my attitude for the better. From this point forward.
Controlling Anger Before it Controls You was the best article that I found. I basically need to just stop and think, "Is this really worth getting angry over?" I really need to realize that things won't always go my way, and when things don't go as I want them to, I need to just say to myself, "It's okay things aren't going my way, I might be upset and disappointed, but the world isn't going to be over just b/c of this one situation." Just so you know, this is much more easier SAID than DONE, but I really am going to give this my all b/c it isn't fair to the ones around me, the ones I love, to have to deal with my terrible attitude.
